Please note that submitting an order serves as a request for the desired rental items, but it does not guarantee immediate booking. Our team will confirm the availability of the items and guide you through the payment process.

We do not provide set-up and dismantling services at this time. However, guidance will be provide. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

While we do not directly provide delivery service, we can assist in arranging Lalamove on your behalf. Please note that the cost of the delivery will be borne by the customer.

If payment is not received within the 24-hour timeframe, the system will automatically cancel your order. This allows us to make the items available to other customers. However, If you're still interested in renting, please contact our Customer Service Team to check availability and potentially place a new order.

A security deposit is a refundable amount collected from customers as a form of protection against potential damages or losses during the rental period. It serves as a safeguard for both parties involved. Here are the key details:

  • The security deposit amount is determined based on the items rented. The specific amount applicable to your rental will be communicated to you before confirming your order.
  • The security deposit is a standard requirement and is not negotiable. It helps ensure that we can cover any costs incurred due to damages, repairs, or missing items that may arise during the rental period.

The security deposit is essential for the following reasons:

  1. Protection against damages: By collecting a security deposit, we can cover the costs of repairing any damages caused to the rented items beyond normal wear and tear.
  2. Mitigation of losses: In case of missing items or accessories, the security deposit helps compensate for their value, enabling us to replace or repair them for future rentals.
  3. Encouraging responsible use: The security deposit acts as an incentive for customers to exercise care and responsibility while using the rented items, reducing the likelihood of damages or losses.

We understand that you may have concerns about the security deposit, but please rest assured that it will be refunded promptly after the items are returned in their original condition, without any damages or missing items.

Our goal is to process the refund as quickly as possible. Here are the details:

  • Upon returning the rented items, our team will begin inspecting them for any damages or missing items.
  • We aim to complete the inspection and initiate the refund process within 24 working hours.
  • Assuming no damages or missing items are found during the inspection, the refund will be processed promptly.
  • The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary based on your bank or payment provider's policies.

Please note that if any deductions need to be made for damages or missing items, we will communicate this to you promptly, providing an explanation and specifying the deducted amount.

Yes, changes to ordered items or pick-up/return dates are allowed. However, such requests should be submitted at least 30 days before the scheduled collection date and the changes are subject to availability, and each order is allowed only one change.

Cash refunds will not be provided for cancellations. Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled collection date are strictly prohibited and will not be refunded.

However, for cancellations made more than 30 days in advance, a full refund will be issued in the form of credit (cash voucher) that can be used for future orders within 30 days. Unused credit after the specified timeframe will be forfeited.

Early collection is subject to the order volume of that day. While we cannot provide a guarantee in advance, you can check the order status with our customer service team on the scheduled collection day. If the order is ready, early collection is possible.

We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept any extension requests after the collection done or the scheduled collection time. Such requests will be considered as late returns instead of extensions, and the charges will be based on our late return policy.

If you return the rented items after the agreed-upon return date, a Late Return Charge will be applied. The charge will be automatically deducted from your security deposit without any additional communication from us.

Please note the details of our Late Return Charge policy:

  • The Late Return Charge is RM 100 or 30% of the total rental fees, whichever amount is higher.
  • The charge will be applied per day until the items are returned.
  • The billing for the late return will take place when your security deposit is processed.

We highly recommend adhering to the agreed-upon return date to avoid any additional charges.

We strive to ensure a smooth and efficient return inspection process for our customers. Here are the details of our policy:

  1. Preliminary Inspection: Upon returning the rented items, our staff will conduct a preliminary inspection to check for any missing items and significant damages. This inspection will be performed on the spot.
  2. Small Damages: Please note that small damages will not be checked on the spot during the return process. Instead, these damages will be inspected within 12 hours after the return.
  3. CCTV Supervision: Our shop is equipped with CCTV cameras, providing continuous surveillance of the return area. The inspection process will take place under CCTV supervision, ensuring transparency and accountability.

We understand that you may be concerned about the inspection process, but rest assured that our staff will handle the return inspection diligently and fairly. Any damages identified during the subsequent inspection will be assessed objectively.

Your presence, or that of your representative, is required during collection and return to ensure a smooth and transparent process. It allows for necessary inspections, quantity checks, and documentation. Additionally, it helps prevent any misunderstandings or disputes regarding the condition of the rental item/items.

  • If props are totally damaged and not repairable. The Company will only charge the cost of repurchasing the props instead of full amount of deposit collected.
  • Customers have the option to take back the damaged units from the company within 7 working days.

    Buy us back the same props within 7 working days. Fail to meet will result a penalty of 30% of the rental charges per days.
  • In cases where props are only badly dirty, cleaning fees will be applied instead of a full damage charge.
