For the Amorepacific Malaysia company annual dinner, the stage was designed as a strong visual centrepiece for the evening. A red carpet led guests towards the illuminated steps, while blue, white and green floral arrangements framed the stage and created a polished entrance and photography area. The branded backdrop gave the celebration a clear corporate identity and a memorable focal point for guests.

The side view shows how the floral styling extended across the stage and worked naturally with the venue’s architectural setting. Layered greenery, white lattice panels, hanging foliage and warm step lighting added depth without blocking the branded signage. With the red carpet leading directly into the stage area, the setup gave guests a clear space to take photographs and enjoy the annual dinner celebration.

Send us your event date, venue or location, event type, preferred style, and estimated budget. You can also send us the customer-gallery story you like, and our team will recommend suitable rental items or packages.

How do I book the items I like?

You can submit an order through our website or WhatsApp. An order request does not guarantee availability until our team confirms it. Full payment is required to secure the reservation, and a refundable security deposit may apply.

Do you provide setup and dismantling services?

We currently do not provide setup or dismantling services. Customers are responsible for arranging their own setup and dismantling, while our team provides setup guidance where applicable.

Do you provide delivery?

We do not provide direct delivery, but we can help arrange a third-party service such as Lalamove. Delivery charges are paid by the customer.

Can I visit the showroom before renting?

Yes. You can book a free showroom consultation to view suitable decorations and discuss your event style and budget. Our showroom is at Emhub Commercial Centre, Kota Damansara, and operates daily from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM, subject to public-holiday changes.
